Is all theory anecdotal if free will is a myth? If we had no control over the world we entered, the books written before us, or the options presented to us, then isn’t any theory/choice constructed by our very personal, lived experiences?

Good question. Personally I think free will must be 5% and could inscrease but we have to practise. But unfortunatly we do the opposite. We are like plant. If you take 1 clone and make it grow in a bad environement and 1 other in the best, the difference is really huge. Like indoor weed vs outdoor in north countries.
But all our society is based on taking advantage of others by exploiting their weaknesses and bias. Neuromarketing, media and politic is all about making us impulsive brainless zombies. So we are in stagnation intellectualy, physically and morally. That’s why religions and superstitions are regaining strength.
