Is nature ever morally ‘wrong?’ Can anything non-human be morally ‘wrong?’ If humans create moral dilemmas and perspectives, then are humans the problem?

It’s what humans do to nature that is immoral
Sam Harris has made the comment that rape is “natural” but morally wrong. I tend to agree. I would also argue that patriarchy and eating other sentient beings are also natural for homo sapiens and also morally wrong. So it bugs me when people use the argument that a behavior is “natural” or (worse) “traditional” to justify it.
